The adventure follows two foxes who are preparing to become parents for the first time at a time when global warming is changing everyone’s rules. In Spain, it was told by the country’s famous zoologist, naturalist and environmentalist Jacob Petrus, creator, director and presenter of the TV series Aquí la tierra (2014). You don’t see many film adaptations of animal documentaries. Judging by this film, this may be a mistake. The exciting and engaging story of two arctic foxes and the wide, high-quality images of arctic nature held my attention throughout the film. I was surprised at how many plot twists this film could offer, even though it was just a series of events in the foxes’ lives. Even though these actors weren’t human, they delivered wit and quite successfully evoked empathy as I laughed at the cute little squeals of the foxes, was scared by the snaps and loud barks of the dogs, and was happy to see them reunite after many adventures and the almost immediate death of a man. Overall, a cute little movie, kids might like it, although those who were in the movies with me weren’t too enthusiastic, unlike me. Thanks to the French production team, greetings from Ukraine.
