After winning the lottery, the lucky winners’ lives turn into a nightmare. References Tuulen viemää (1939). A comedy? Hmmm…Not so much, or in the style of Cohen or Tarantino. I usually don’t like comedies, especially French comedies, but this one is really worth watching. Funny, inventive, brilliant, bloody – yes, bloody – always surprising. Several different stories, several segments show people who have won the Lotto – the lottery – but get into a lot of trouble in return. The first segment is shown before the opening credits. This system should have been talked about a long time ago. I’ve never heard of such a thing before, by the way. This story doesn’t envy winning the Loto undefeated. But don’t worry, you have one chance out of millions to win. So I think it’s better to be a loser.
